Reviewer Board

The publication adheres to the standards of double anonymous review, under which the identities of authors and reviewers remain mutually confidential at all stages of manuscript review.
At the same time, in order to ensure transparency of the editorial process and academic recognition of the work of experts, the editorial board practices publishing a general list of reviewers based on the results of the previous year.
This procedure is carried out under the following mandatory conditions:
- Reviewer's consent: The inclusion of a name in the list occurs exclusively with the prior consent of the expert.
Preservation of depersonalization: The list is published in alphabetical order without any reference to the titles of articles, authors, review dates, or the nature of the conclusions provided.
- Non-disclosure of details: No confidential data regarding the evaluation process itself or communication between the editorial board and the reviewer are subject to publication.
